When Lidl is thinking about opening a new location they ask for feedback from local residents and stakeholders. I was approached to develop their feedback mini-sites which gather responses and provide key information on the proposed sites.

The site collects different types of feedback including both qualitative and quantitative responses. These can be submitted through the site directly or through a mobile-based application accessed via a QR code.

This complex and challenging project brought together my eye for detail and knowledge of sever side systems, whilst at all times remaining within the stringent in-house stylistic guidelines for this iconic high street brand.

Utan Self Tan is a premium self-tanning brand that offers a range of high-quality products designed to deliver a natural-looking, streak-free tan. The brand prides itself on its commitment to creating products that are safe for all skin types and provide long-lasting results. Utan is available in most highstreet retailers including Superdrug and Boots.

I was approached to streamline their customer experience and boost their online engagement. I did this by redesigning their product pages, cart and checkout processes as well as developing a rewards and referrals system.

I also worked extensively on their remarketing efforts including through digital ads and the creation of a wholly automated email system that offers products based on actual shopping behaviour.

Weyfest is an annual music festival held in the beautiful rural setting of Tilford, Surrey in the UK. One of the key features of Weyfest is its carefully curated lineup of artists. The festival prides itself on bringing together a diverse range of musicians, spanning multiple genres and eras. From classic rock legends to up-and-coming indie bands, Weyfest has something for everyone. The festival has welcomed some of the biggest names in music to its stages over the years, including The Stranglers, Buzzcocks, and UB40.

I was tasked with creating a completely new and unique brand concept and rebuilding their entire website. Key to this was communicating the unique nature of the festival as well as making the site highly graphic & easy to navigate for the over 25,000 annual attendees.
